Abstract

The rapid growth of Urban Urbanization as a result of 
globalization has helped, significantly, in scattering 
urban communities. Speeding up the development of 
facilities and the development of transportation and 
communications also contributed rapidly in the 
accumulation of mistakes resulting in the deterioration 
of urban axes. According to the developments, 
requirements and the human needs along every age, 
service centers started to develop, and they have 
emerged in different shapes, sizes and functions that 
aligned and interact with Urban Cities.

With the advent of the era of electronics, modern 
technology, and the information revolution, which has 
the greatest impact on urban planning in general, and 
on urban planning Service centers and their planning 
rates in particular, through the behavior of individuals, 
their interactions, their ways of living, their 
intellectual, economical, and social levels , With the 
emergence of new service centers in most of the
current cities, and the reduce of some services in the 
same cities, it has become very clear that there are 
phenomena that should not pass without studying them 
in order to identify them, set future expectations for 
them, and to which direction these phenomena will 
reach, so that it can be taken into consideration when 
developing the planning of cities and their service 
centers in the future.
