Abstract

By the beginning of the twenty-first century, new concepts have
emerged such as e-commerce, e-business and e-money, e-mail, eeducation, e-university, and e-government, all of this has brought
forth new cities in the world such as; E-Civil, Information City,
Smart City, and Digital City.
Although technological development is one of the means that
provide comfort methods for human beings and contribute to the
efficiency of urban planning for cities, and at the same time, we
cannot overlook the negative effects on the health of human
beings; whether physical, psychological, intellectual or Spiritual.
There are, also, natural energies, some of which have negative
and positive influences.
Hence the Architecture’s sense of responsibility for building the
land on which God created man to be his successor and created
for him all the resources and the energies and creatures that help
him in building it. His awareness of the extent to which these
elements affect the planning from the distribution of buildings
and their shapes in the city or various technological equipment
on human health, which makes it to pay attention to the harmful
effects of these technology and natural factors and trying to find
appropriate solutions to avoid these damages.
